Beautiful vintage / antique sapphire blue rhinestone floral statement necklace set in silver plate. I have estimated a date of around the 1940s, by comparing with similar designs, particularly those produced by Trifari in the 1940s. However, it is possibly older so could creep into the 'antique' bracket.

The gorgeous blue marquise / navette cut rhinestones are all delicately bezel set, so have open backs to let the light really stream through. The central feature is a floral arrangement of the same rhinestones, with one central chaton cut blue rhinestone. The necklace has a very slim fitting choker length of about 14 inches and fastens with an old-style simple hook clasp. I can easily create a length of extension chain if a longer and adjustable length is required, so please message me about this if interested. The necklace is in very good vintage condition.
